Newpol have been awarded the contract for the construction of the 5-level commercial office development located in Hall St Hawthorn. The project entails a single level basement carpark, ground floor carpark with high end foyer to the Hall St frontage and three levels of offices above. The project will include many challenges that include the boundary to boundary basement, neighboring properties and the overhead powerlines to the front of the property.
