This $5 million project consists of two stages, with each stage creating 700m2 of new learning space for the fast-growing community. The two new builds, although similar in layout, provide a contrasting façade finish. Stage 6B has a metal and timber cladding profile and 6C incorporates a glazed brick finish. At tender Newpol proposed an accelerated program by allocating additional resources to achieve practical completion prior to commencement of Term 1 2021.
