Newpol have recently been awarded the design and construct contract for the mixed-use development located on Park Street, South Melbourne. The project entails demolition of the rear of the existing building and construction of four levels incorporating three office spaces, two high end apartments and a roof top terrace. The key elements to this project include the retaining of the existing front and side facades while intertwining the new structure within.
