In May 2019, Newpol were awarded the contract under the VSBA for the modernisation of the Northcote Primary School. Designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke, this project entails a four staged refurbishment of two existing buildings along with a new feature admin entry and additional landscaping and synthetic play area. This project includes detailed co-ordination with the school and relevant stakeholders to ensure minimal disturbance to the day to day operations and safe access for the teachers and students.
