This build involved construction of a new two-story office building located in the heart of Wallan. The unique building designed by DCA Design showcases vibrant coloured external windows. The development overcame stringent access conditions for the installation of precast panels. The build included subsequent fit out of the Bendigo Bank, the office for the Local Member of Parliament, and GOTAFE La Trobe Satellite Campus.
