Newpol Construction have been contracted to complete the staged refurbishment of the Brunswick North Primary School. The project entails the Stage 1 of their proposed master plan to intergrade state of the art finishes within the existing 100-Year-old structure. The large scope of works outside the general refurbishment includes the full replacement of the 2000m2 roof, External façade upgrade and landscape and external works.
