Newpol Construction have recently been contracted to complete a full refurbishment of a three-story mansion located in East Melbourne. The standout element of this project consists of a new roof top terrace with sun room overlooking the Fitzroy Gardens and the city of Melbourne. This addition to the existing building will incur a complex stage in the construction when we push through the existing roof to form the new terrace. Further to the main structural works, Newpol are completing a full refurbishment of the mansion and restoring key features such as detailed dado panels throughout, feature ceilings and roses, stone floors and a large scale high-end joinery fitout.
