Located in the coastal town of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula this project provides new retail and multi-residential amenities to the town. Sitting on over 1000m2 of land, this development includes two retail tenancies, three apartments, three townhouses, and underground carparking. Hipped roofs provide extremely generous ceiling heights and abundant natural light. The external timber cladding is a key feature of this project which will soften the facade over time.
