Locate in the costal town of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula this project provides new retail and multi residential amenities to the town. Sitting on over 1000m2 of land this development includes 2 retail tenancies, 3 apartments and 3 townhouses all of which are serviced by underground carparking. Hip roof are incorporated throughout to provide extremely generous ceiling heights and abundant natural light. Another strong architectural feature of the project is the external timber cladding which will soften the facade over time.
