This multi residential project incorporates eight large, two bedroom apartments with a 550m2 basement. Designed to meet strict urban requirements as a result of a lengthy VCAT process the end result is a clever exterior design to appear to be a large house rather than apartments. Venetian plaster common areas , 2 pack joinery and veneer apartments doors are some of the design highlights encountered on this project.
