Directors, Alastair Grant and Lukas Konieczny, established Newpol Construction (Newpol) after amassing over 22 years of joint experience delivering over $160 million of small and medium-sized projects in the construction industry.
Having gained a broad experience in Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Multi-residential projects both in Australia and the United Kingdom, Lukas and Alastair have held positions ranging from Contract Administrator to Project Manager and from Design Manager to project specific Commercial Manager. While in such positions with some of Melbourne's leading boutique construction companies, Lukas and Alastair developed strong experience in estimating, cost planning, programming and delivery which now services their desire to provide clients with a 'complete service.'
Now heading-up Newpol, Lukas and Alastair are proud of the solid reputation the business has quickly developed from clients and consultants. To date, the pair have successfully delivered complicated and challenging projects ranging from $100,000 to $7,000,000 including multi-storey residential developments to small café refurbishments.
Newpol constantly strives to expand business while developing the skill sets of employees, with the aim to always deliver projects on time and on budget, resulting in a repeat client portfolio. Having delivered a range of projects already - incorporating lump sum, design & construct, and construction management contracts - in timely, cost effective and transparent ways, Newpol Construction is always actively seeking new work to develop the business.
